Due next Thursday... But our family jaust grew by 4 little legs. 😺

One of our outside mamas had a litter of kittens about 7 weeks ago. She brought them to us when they were about 3 or 4 weeks old. I have been telling my husband (and myself) that we cannot keep any since our son is due the 22nd. This morning, all 4 babies were there. I went out at noon and only one came to me. We have searched high and low for them. Nothing. We have noticed a big tom hanging around. That is all I will say about that.

We were trying to decide what the best course of action would be with this last little guy. Well. To make a long story short, he is now asleep under my chin. Prior to what ever might have happen, he was never a scared boy. When we introduced him to Bubba (our inside cat), poor baby went to hissing, squalling, and spitting. If anything startles him, he either hisses or hides. 💔

Both my husband and I have huge hearts and neither one of us could bare the thought of leaving him outside. Atleast he won't be in the tiny kitten stage forever and we can both rest easy knowing he is safe. I have a week at max (doctor has me tentatively scheduled for an induction next Wednesday at midnight due to elevated blood pressure) to get him settled before our house expands by 2 little feet.

So meet Cajun; a big sweetheart in a tiny body. 💙
