Did you lose your appetite after having a baby I had a c section 13 days ago and I still barely have a appetite I eat once a day and I can never finish it I force myself to try and eat at least twice a day but I just end up wasting it

Yup totally normal. Make sure to stay hydrated if you can't eat.

 17days after my csection and I barely eat.  
I have to force it down. Although it's getting better.

Was told it's normal and it will change very soon.

Yep! Happened to me with my first and with this one too. It's the hormone swing and added stress it gets better. I'm almost a month post partum and actually get hunger pains sometimes now

After my vaginal delivery i'am dealing with the same issue , I have no type of appetite at all I know I'm hungry but just not feeling it so I just force myself to eat so I can take my pain meds .

is this normal????
