Im 7 days postpartum, this last day or so i have not been bleeding. I had one big clot (that would not break apart) like 4 or 5 days postpartum. I was just sitting on my bed and felt this big gush like (thought i was peeing myself) went to the bathroom only to find a bunch of red blood......had this happened to anyone before? Stop bleeding then all of a sudden a big gush??? Im gonna keep an eye on it and see if it continues to be heavy or fill an pad in an hour.
