new mama asking advice

My beautiful son was born April 24th  he's almost 2months now when he's ready for a nap or bed he gets super crabby and has to have his blanket by his face to fall asleep when I rock him he gets mad and starts to wake up when I try to lay him down and pull the blanket from his face he hates being swaddled so I've bust been wrapping his lower half and making sure blanket is under his elbows when he sleeps what can I do I feel bad taking his blanket from his face cause it comforts him but I know it can be dangerous!
