First time today at the gastro.. Mostly IBS or Cronns for me Whats the difference between the two ilnesses ?

I have ibs. Chrons (cronns) is definitely worse they can get a tissue sample when they do a colonoscopy to see if you have that. It's inflammation of the tissue in your bowels.

With crohns they can test for as it is a disease where as ibs (which I have) they cant really test for as it shows no abnormalities. It's also not a serious.
