Wisdom tooth pain/no meds

Just venting here....my wisdom tooth decided to have a growth spurt for the first time and although it hasn't broken through the gums, I'm dying of pain. My face hurts. I can't chew, open my mouth or speak without pain. My ear is killing me too as if I had an ear infection, but I'm sure it's just my damn tooth. All I want to do is cry because I can't take the normal strong meds to help me get through this. Praying the pain subsides in a few more days because honestly, I just want to enjoy this first trimester and all its fun symptoms, like fatigue, nausea, constipation and bloat 😅😅
