mucus plug? something else??

i was using the bathroom and felt something like slip out of me and it was this?? it's thick and kinda sticky/slimy and long. what could this be? i'm freaking out but don't know if maybe i shouldn't be

also, i'm 33+3 and have no clue if i'm dilated, etc etc. i've felt heavier pressure and more movement lower down the past couple days and don't know if that could mean anything along with this?

I have had it since 28 weeks hun now I'm 35 I think it regenerates untill it's time x
