Multivitamins....?

Which brand of multivitamins do you ladies take? Would a walmart brand be ok to take? My Gyno Dr has been telling me for the last 3 years to just take prenatals and I just now did some research and that could have bad long term effects on my body that I had no idea about!!! 😡 Wonderful 😒😒 BTW I haven't been TTC or anything.
