2 missed periods no positive test

My husband and I have been trying to conceive since March and so far I have missed my period for May and June. I had a blood pregnancy test done on Monday and it was negative. My HCG was less than 3. Has anyone else had this happen? I've gained weight, peeing a lot and have sore breasts but no positive test. 😞
