Safe to swim 5 weeks along?

So today I went swimming in the pool and I got to thinking is it safe? I didn't jump in or anything just swam lightly and went under to the bottom a few times of the deep end. Nothing extreme.

It's perfectly safe as long as you aren't dilated  and you aren't that early on. Swim , it's wonderful exercise while pregnant.
