How did you sleep train them? One sleeps through the night and the other wakes up once or twice. I don't want to sleep train to make them sleep more or wake up less I want them to be able to self soothe. They started in their rock n plays and one has recently transitioned into his crib which is in our room. I was planning to put the other in there too next week but the one in the crib has mastered rolling and now I can't do that. So I have no idea what to do. How do I transition the other twin to a crib? Bring the other crib into our room too (I'd rather not)? Move them to their room? And what about sleep training I'm interested in the gentle CIO approach but obviously haven't tried it yet. What happens when one twin wakes up the other while crying? Will they keep each other crying? Plus now the rolling twin is waking himself up in the crib by rolling over into his stomach. Ugh! So many changes at once. They're almost 6 months old.
