If you have 6 months left in your pregnancy and was offered a great job, when would you tell them you were pregnant?

I just got offered a wonderful state job and want some advice.

After 60 days they have personal time and sick etc.
Im not sure of the policy on FMLA though and I did not want to ruin my chances of asking during the interview.
I understand its illegal for an employer to not hire you based on that but I wasnt going to take the chance since I am literally broke and hungry.

I literally just went to an interview with a huge company knowing I'm pregnant and almost told them but decided against it.

TAKE THE JOB.  Tell them after your probation period if they have one. If you were having knee surgery in 6 months, you wouldn't have to tell them right away if in the meantime you're able to do your job.  Take care of yourself and your family.

I took a new job at 14 weeks pregnant. I told them at almost 20 weeks. It was honestly getting hard to hide, and I needed them to know I would be taking maternity leave. You are under zero obligation to tell them unless it impacts your ability to do the job you're being hired for.

Tell them but FMLA only covers you after a year.
