will you be ok if your husband tells you that he need another phone?

well my husband call me early this morning telling me that his boss told him to buy a new phone an android because the iphone is not compatible with the app that his job requires but he also told him that he can use a tablet so he can send his jobs to the main company because he was not gonna be able to close them with his phone i was agree i told him yeah you can use our tablet and you just pay the hotspot mobile is less money and you will be fine , but he says NO i need a phone it will be the same money just with messages and calls and i was like but you need internet? how are you gonna close your jobs without wifi ? so he got mad and he was like you always make this difficult ... but i mean why he needs a new phone if he can use a tablet also he will be using his other phone as well ... but his bother lost his phone 2 days ago and he doesnt have money he is just ugh ,lazy , not responsable and he likes to go out with 5-6 girls at the same time so it was weird asking for another phone ? and he lost his ? idk what to think im over reacting ?
