severe pain on period

On four different random occasions in my life, I have had serious episodes of pain on day one of my period. Symptoms are, sweating profusely, level 10 pain in my pelvis, vomiting bile, diharrea, loss of movement in hands accompanied by tingling. It begins the moment my period starts and lasts at full blast for 30 minutes. Then all symptoms subside and I am able to fall asleep shaking from an adrenaline fall.
