Help what does this mean

I'm 7 DPO today and on cd 26. Af isn't due for another 9 days. My cervix is high, soft and wet. It's normally medium to low and kind of hard during this time in my cycle. I've had minor cramps and a full bloated feeling for two days now. What does this mean and have any of you had this before?
