When are you 1 DPO?

Okay. When you have a positive opk it usually means you ovulate the next day (from what I'm told). So doesn't that make 1 DPO two days after the positive opk? Because that's officially the "Day Past Ovulation". I always starter counting the day after the positive opk so now I'm confused and curious when you start to count 😋

You won't actually know unless you tempt as well. OPKs let you know that you are having an LH surge, you will ovulate between 12-36 hours after. When you tempt there will be a significant temp rise for at lest 3 days to confirm the day you actually ovulate. OPKs give you an estimate. Hope that helps 😊

It could happen from 12 to 36 hours after your first positive. So 1 DPO = positive +1 day (O day) +1 day (first day after O). So it is the second day after your first positive.

When you have a positive opk and it says the next day it's because ovulation is 24 hours and you are now within those 24 hours so after those 24 hours are over you are 1 day Post ovulation
