I NEED TO POO!!!!

I am almost 9 weeks and I cannot poo!!!! I have upped my fiber intake and water intake. I have been trying to be more active and I am still so backed up! The gas pain is terrible. I don't really wanna do any kind of stool softener because I have a sensitive digestive tract and those things always give me diarrhea. Any advice please!?
