Chest pain from sleeping wrong?

So I'm 12w2d and I've been having chest 'discomfort' most of the morning gradually getting worse but still tolerable. It's dull and achey. Mostly on my sternum right between my boobs and in the same spot on my back. It doesn't FEEL like an emergency. It just kind of feels like someone's been sitting on my chest but from the side (if that makes sense). Has anyone gotten pains like this from sleeping funny?
