nipple changes TMI pic

Hey , over the past few days I've noticed my nipple changing shape.. it's gone from circle to oval and 2 spots of discorluration as well. Anyone had this?

I would go get a doctors opinion. Changes in breasts can be a sign of breast cancer or other breast related illnesses and diseases.
