eating
sooo i'm pretty new to this app but just wanna ask for some advice... recently i haven't had the best eating habits. ill eat one meal a day at the most, i've lost 5 pounds in the past month and i actually like the way i look now but im scaring myself. it's come to a point where i'll be completely full after just one snack or something and won't eat the rest of the day. i'm currently 5 foot 6 and weigh 116. ik i'm not fat but i just don't like eating and it makes me feel bad about myself. what do i do?????
