My puppy has fleas and I used a soap that kills fleas and it helps with dry skin. I forget what it is call but I got it at tractor supply and it's a puppy shampoo with oatmeal in it. It works great.

Seresto collars are awesome. They're like $50 at Walmart but they protect for 8 months and work really well.
