why is it not working

This is my first month on clomid. I had dropped multiple eggs and I had surgery last month to widen my cervix. So my cervix is permanently open all the time now. How could I not get pregnant? I don't understand. I'm on 7dpo. Not sure if it's to early to give up hope. I don't feel any different then previous cycles and I just feel like it didn't work. My husband was checked and I was checked. Everything is normal. How does the sperm miss multiples? Ugghhhhhh!!!!! (That's how I feel right now lol)

The stars have to align for pregnancy to happen. Sperm has to find the egg and fertilize it, the egg has to travel to the uterus and successfully implant and then it has to grow at a healthy, viable rate. You've still got hope for this cycle, but it's unfortunately never a sure thing

Give it more time you should be 12 dpo minimum before you test. And it may not work the first month. For some on clomid it take a few rounds and for some it never takes. Either way try to relax. Flipping out at 7 days post ovulation is not helping your cause

7 dpo is way too early to give up hope. I didn't get pregnant until my 4th round of Clomid. I also didn't feel any different until the day before my missed period when I noticed a heightened sense of smell. I tested on the day my period was supposed to come and couldn't have been more surprised to see a BFP since I didn't feel any different than I usually did each cycle.
