stomach pain

So for the past week I have been having stomach cramps not period like. But having to go to the bathroom. Only either nothing happens or just a small amount. But my stomach hurts almost all day. I am 6 weeks 5 days. Is this something to call the dr about? Anyone else have this issue ??
