positives then negatives 🙄😭

I got 2 faint positives yesterday morning (10dpo). Used clear blue plus. Then I took 2 today and got negatives (using first response curved ones). I'm getting blood work done today will it show up at 11 dpo if I'm pregnant.. I'm getting so discouraged 😩 baby dust💕
