Counseling - I need help
Do any of you ladies use an app for counseling? I've been looking at a few apps (such as Better Help) and was wondering if anyone on here has used them? I don't have the time to go to an actual counseler but I really need to.
***UPDATE***
I highly recommend BetterHelp!! My therapist helped me more in 30 mins (over the phone) than my old therapist did in 4 appointments!! I love this app and will be sticking with it ❤️
