first RE appointment

We have been TTC #1 for 13 months now. I have done 3 rounds of clomid 50 mg by my OBGYN with progesterone of 13.6, 8.6, and not sure on the 3rd one but am getting BFN at 12dpo and cramping so know AF is coming. I was getting so frustrated with being left on same dose with no other testing or monitoring being done, I went ahead and made an appointment with an RE! It is on Tuesday. What should I expect for my first appointment? Any advice?
