Parents too controlling??
My parents have always been distant to me, I'm (17, 18 in five days) the oldest daughter of two and I've never been very close to my parents unlike my sister.
I've recently been dating my boyfriend for the last 5 months and he's a great guy, my parents like him, but because he visits an overwhelming amount my parents decided to dislike him because it has become disrespectful for him to visit everyday.
We all have our pasts and of course we rebelling young girls always act up too "EXTRA" when we stir up trouble, it's been two years since the accident.
My parents continue not to trust me and have given me strict rules with curefews and they have gotten to the point when I don't arrive home at the specific time assigned I am then yelled at and lectured. Are my parents too strict or is it me and my teen brains that make me ungrateful?
