found out today we might have twin but spotting normal?

I'm 4 weeks 4 days last beta 3 days ago was 4000 today no beta but ultrasound found 2 sac. Also I start spotting, is it normal?

I'm 7 weeks and 2 days with twins and I started spotting very little brownish discharge on Friday and Saturday. I'm totally freaked out but the doctor did tell us it's very common. I'm going to call them on Monday and see what they say. Meanwhile I'm trying to remain positive. Oh I did not have cramps either.

During week12 I bleed red for 2 days. On the second day I filled up a green always pad. Went to the ER & my ob they both said babies were healthy and bleeding was unexplained

I started spotting last Sunday. My doctor ordered hcg which were about the same as yours 4000. The spotting continued so they asked me to come in for an ultrasound. This is from 5wks 4 days.  I have another ultrasound scheduled for the end of the month! 🤞🏻🌈🌈

I spotted on 3 or 4 separate occasions with this pregnancy, and nothing was wrong. I was told that it's common to have spotting with twins. I also was told at 5 w 5 d that they could see 2 gestational sacs, but couldn't even see a yolk sac in the right sac. They told me that they didn't think both sacs would develop. I went back at 7 weeks to find 2 perfect heartbeats with 2 babies measuring exactly the same. I'm now 25 w 2 d with di/di boys.

I went for my first ultrasound at 5wks and all we could see was 2 yolk sacks. I'm now almost 14 weeks with identical boys! I've been spotting since 5 weeks and everything is going good. I had a subchronic hemorrhage at 12 weeks. Lots of rest and no lifting.

A beta of 4000 sounds really high this early on but everyone is different!!!!  At 4 weeks mine was 322...... and I'm currently 33weeks with twin boys (confirmed at 6week ultrasound).  Good luck and keep us updated!!!!
