blackheads on nipples?

I am 27 weeks and I noticed I just started getting black heads on my nipples. Is this normal? Is it okay to get them out? Am
I suppose to do something to prevent it? I have had collustrum coming out sometimes  too.  But the blackheads really freaked me out lol!

Omg yes I hated this! I would find the occasional blackhead on my nipple I didn't ask any questions it was a reflex for me to get them out lol no pain and no side effects so to speak lol I think it's all the changes that happen + the breast ducts developing & milk! Not to worry (:
