what does creamy white discharge mean?

No itchiness or soreness or smell. I'm on cycle day 11. Don't know when I ovulate and currently tracking using opk but negative.

It's normal discharge. It will get clearer. If you see ewcm or watery, O is about to come. After O it will go back to white. It's perfectly fine to be white at CD 11. You will see it changes closer to O.
