Social Media

Danielle • Dated my husband since December 2006 and we were married May 2016. Baby boy Henry born June 2nd 2017 👶🏼💙
So about a year ago when I got married and shortly after decided to start a family, I deleted my Facebook. No rhyme or reason, I just got tired of constantly being updated about people's lives and some things annoyed me. I also thought I would rather "live" my life rather than constantly have to post it all on social media and make my life look interesting to others. So I got Instagram instead and it seemed to be less drama and just pictures. Now that my baby is born, I feel like my extended family is so large and so many people don't have Instagram, just FB and they always are pressuring me to get it back so they can see a constant flow of updates and pictures of our son. I just wondered what your opinion was on social media particularly Facebook. Do you feel comfortable having photos of your child on there? Does it take up too much of your time? I'm just wondering if maybe I should get it back for my family's sake and their connection to my son. My husband never has had Facebook and most of his family doesn't, they just see our son in real life all the time.
