anyone high risk in subsequent pregnancy after stillbirth

Hi I lost my son unexplained at 26weeks  few months ago.. I already have a plan in set for my next pregnancy which I hope is sooner than later.. If anyone has had a baby after late loss how did your doctors handle it? What precautions were taken .. They said my levels were slightly off for a clotting disorder but are not sure if this caused my loss I will be on heparin or Levonox and baby aspirin which I already have been taking for a month by doctor order..Also I am seeing a high risk doctor and he said they will check much more on baby and try to do whatever it takes.
