Eating Fish During Pregnancy?
I love fish. We eat healthy, and I'm from the Atlantic region of Canada....so we grew up on and adore fish. I feel so conflicted due to the known problems with ocean/water contamination, that I'm worried about continuing to eat salmon, halibut, haddock, and talipia. I love those fish. Love. I stopped eating lobster for almost a year, I know that crustacean is a bottom feeder FULL of toxins. So...what do other pregnant women. Who love fish do..I think I'll limit how much I have, but I'll continue to have a serving or so a week. Thoughts?
