Healthy Change
Hello, my husband and I have recently changed the type of food we eat to nothing processed. We eat vegetables, fruits, nuts, and meat (try to only do grass-fed). It has been a great change for us. People think that it's a diet so its like we eat nothing but that is definitely not the case. We can eat so much, but it's so health for you. Last night we had steak bites with steamed veggies and it was delicious 😋
