cyst??

For the past few weeks I've had some strange symptoms and I'm scared. I've been very bloated with stomach pains and cramp. I've also been kind of dizzy and had horrible headaches.

My period is now almost a week late and I've taken several pregancy tests, all negative. I'm hoping to get into the doctor on Monday but I've been googling my symptoms (I know, bad idea) and ovarian cysts and cancer keeps coming up. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

I actually have ruptured an ovary and it was the worst pain I have every had.  Let me tell u - passed out it was so bad- and it happened while I was in surgery having a cesarean.  The spinal tap didn't block the pain.  If something has ruptured u would not sit there in pain- believe me!  I thought I was going to die - and had my baby not been delivered I would have because when my ovary burst I would have bled out had I not already been in surgery.
My cyst hurt like the devil before it ruptured my ovary.  So much so I was on hospital bed rest.  I'd go to the dr asap and have that thing looked at!

I'm going thru this same thing sweetie. .. it's got my period all messed up, it was only here a day. .. really sore boobs,  very sensitive and I'm not pregnant... I've taken a few test good luck to yall... I'm going to Dr Monday a.m

Long answer, so bare with me! 
If you have Ovarian Cysts, it will feel very sharp on one side or the other.. and your ovaries are located in the lower pelvic region on the left and right side, so if the pain is in your stomach, rather than your pelvis, you probably don't have cysts.. But then again it's possible that they're small enough to only bother you little enough to notice an annoying pain rather than a hurtful one, therefore, causing your stomach to ache some. However, I have had recurrent ovarian cysts for about the past 4 years, and they can cause all of the symptoms you listed (atleast they do for me), and can cause your period to be slightly abnormal. Good news is, ovarian cysts are rarely dangerous unless they become hemmorhagic (horribly painful, btw) or if they rupture. Bad news is, there is no way to make them go away for good unless you have your ovaries removed, in which case, the doctor would only do if they are recurrent and causing pain- Simply because most women have cysts during every cycle, and don't even know because it doesn't get big enough to cause any symptoms or pain. In my opinion, I would go to your doctor or OB/GYN and tell them your symptoms and request an ultrasound and bloodwork to check your blood cell count (just to make sure the cyst isn't hemmorhagic and/or dangerous if you do have one).
