Boyfriend

My boyfriend doesnt like to talk about his feelings. Like if he has a bad day at work he keeps it to himself and acts really distant . He is older than me, so i dont know if that is why. I'm 21 and he is 29.. does he keep it from me because he thinks I'm not mature enough to understand or is it just a guy thing?
