Is my husband right??

Question

My husband has told me that I will not be the same way with my kids that I am with animals. I'm not an animal person and I get really mad at them really fast. I have anger issues with animals. We don't have them because if this reason and because I can get physically violent with them (haven't yet, but almost did). I just can't stand them. My husband says that I am completely different with kids and knows I won't be that way if I have my own because he has seen my around kids before. Do you think he is right or wrong?

I think you should definitely seek some counseling for those anger issues before having children. Toddlers will make you 100x more crazy than a dog would

You will be that way if you have kids and probably worse because of lack of sleep and hormones. You need help. Babies and animals are defenceless and if you can't keep your cool and be rational and loving you shouldn't have either.

Do not have kids until the argue issues are sorted out. A baby will cause so much more anger than a dog or any pet. I would look into counseling

I would suggest counseling. There's difinetly underlining issues. It's true kids and animals are different, but you have very alarming signs. I would not even begin discussing having children with you if I were your husband. Work on yourself first. I can't even believe I'm reading this. It's horrible. Please punch yourself in the face first before any animal; you'll find it hurts and doesn't feel good. Or hopefully it will knock some sense into you. Animals are just as defenseless as babies.

Kids are so much more demanding than animals and you can't compare using other peoples children. You're not the one getting up for the fourth time that night to change yet another blow out or to soothe an inconsolable baby, and that's when times are hardest. You need help before you bring anything into this world.

I’m the complete opposite I can’t deal with animals I am terrified of dogs and I like cats from a far I almost threw my moms cat across the room because it jumped on me 
I love kids (have my own) I have also been babysitting kids since I was 12 I have more patients with children than animals (part because I really don’t sleep anyways always up all night and back up early in the morning)  I’m really silly and playful and always been motherly (I’m the oldes from my mom) 
I guess it really depends I get angry with my kids but I don’t hurt them I just scream really loud or I take a time out (locking myself in the bathroom for 2-3 minutes)

Is my husband right??
