Is Theodore a bad name??

I have come to the conclusion that I love this and would name my son this if I get a chance but my SO doesn't at all. 
Is it that bad?

I knew a doctor named Theodore and everyone loved calling him Teddy. He was smart, successful, and handsome. Great name if you ask me. It's got the old school charm but is still somewhat uncommon now a days which makes it the best of both worlds!

I know 3 Theo's (Theodore) ages 9 and under. They all go by Theo. Cute name :)

I LOVE Theodore! It's definitely a contender if our second is a boy. Our little guy is Arthur, so it's definitely up our alley, style wise.

Theodore is currently and has been since the start, the top on our list of baby names for a boy. It's beautiful! Now we just gotta wait until delivery what gender it is lol.
