Sudden loss of pregnancy symptoms?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant after having 2 miscarriages in the last 12 months. I've had morning sickness for 3 weeks, nauseated, sore huge boobs and lots of trips to the loo. Then 3 days ago at work I noticed 3 little spots of blood which terrified me. I was extremely upset so my husband drove me to hospital but they didn't seem concerned and advised me to rest up over the weekend, then contact early pregnancy for a scan on Monday (tomorrow)

I'm convinced my morning sickness has reduced but I may just be imaging it. No more bleeding since Friday. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms!

I'm praying everything will be OK as at 39 I don't think I could cope with another MC Thank you
