Need a little encouragement

My fiance and I have been TTC our first for 8 months now and nothing, I'm trying to keep my head up as I know these things take time. It's just hard getting on social media and seeing everyone having babies that's still in high school and I want a child so badly. Worst part is my family doesn't know, they wouldn't approve if they did and I have no one to talk to about it.
