Calling another country? Heeeellllllppppp!

Does anyone know the cost approximately per minute to call another country? Specifically Colombia. The situation is one person has an unlocked iPhone through straight talk mobile plan and I guess the person needs prepaid minutes to call family in Colombia. So does anyone know the cost? Please comment if you know or if you have a ballpark estimate. Thank you so much!
