piercing bumps

So I have some bumps on my daith, they're probably just boils or hypertrophic scarring, but I can't get rid of them 🙄 I've tried sea salt soaks, tea tree oil, hot compress, nothing works. It gets better for a few days then it flares up again. The pics are 2-3 days apart, the second and third ones are from last night. This time it flared up so badly I can't even 😒 does anyone have any recommendations?
