I'm terrified to deliver because I'm a diabetic so I hope my delivery is smooth.

My first two were unmedicated and vaginal, I hemorrhaged with both, I'm now pregnant with my third (my first is 5 second is 10months) and I'm planning on doing the same again.

I had an unmedicated vaginal delivery. I bled a bit (I had a precipitate labor and apparently that's common), but they just gave me a shot. I was up and walking almost immediately after.
