break up 😭

So I'm 19 years old and I am 16 weeks pregnant, me and my boyfriend were together for a year and a half but split up today, I'm finding it so hard to cope and I'm scared that I'm not going to be a good enough mum to the baby looking after him/her on my own, I just want my baby to have the best life possible, anybody been in a similar situation and have any advice? I really need it right now 😭😭😭
