screaming while eating.

Hannah
It's been about a week. She cries like eating hurts. She fights eating during the day and doesn't really nap long either. She's up every 1 1/2 - 2 hours at night and eats just fine! I'm so tired no sleep sucks. She sort of takes my right breast better than my left. She's 4 1/2 months old. I took her to the doctor this past Tuesday her doctor said her throat was a little red. Anyone have and ideas what it could be??

A cold?Is the ear infection cleared up?Just as a side point don't forget to give her probiotics after the antibiotics to build up the good bacteria again.

They also help build a strong immune system. Perhaps they will help to get her better and stay better.

Probiotics after antibiotics helps prevent thrush and repopulates the good gut bacteria; here in India, you'll be prescribed probiotic pills after a course of antibiotics, and it genuinely really helps. I find even taking something like yakult twice a day after antibiotics seems to help a lot (but I'm an adult; wouldn't try that with a baby) doctor may be able to suggest something :)

Never heard of giving probiotics after antibiotics. I'll check into that. The ear infection was clearing up the doctor said it was still a little pink but no more puss. I just can't seem to get her better. The nurses and aids at her doctors office knows her lol.

Did the doctor test her for strep or anything? Her throat could be red from screaming? Stomach issues?

No testing she's had an ear infection just finished the meds for that. They asked if she was showing an signs of reflux and she really doesn't.
