I'm reading Ina May's Guide to Childbirth and I'm getting really excited about natural laboring... Has anyone else read the book or have positive experiences with visualization, hypnobirthing, etc.? I love the positivity around the labor and birthing in the book...! It's so refreshing after hearing horror stories and negativity and people reassuring me that I need drugs.
