I just have a question for you. Do you get food from salad bars and similar buffet style places? It's probably a dumb question lol so sorry. I work at a grocery store and I take care of the salad bar. I can't help but notice that it's not safe at all for people with allergies. The people who get salads there will use one set of tongs for everything they get. We have tuna salad on the salad bar and sometimes it ends up in the fruit. First of all, why are people so messy? Lol. But I feel like it is a safety concern. One lady took the tongs for the seafood salad thing and used it for the cheese. I had to dump out the whole thing of cheese because seafood is one of the most common allergies. So I was just wondering.
