cyst or pimple. REALLY LONG

To start off I have a skin picking disorder linked to my ocd. I found a lump on my outer lip and took it as an ingrown hair and left it alone for a few hours for the hair to come to the hair to come to the surface. When it didn't I googled it and came to the conclusion to was a cyst and leave it alone til I can go to my doctor on Monday. I found said lump on Saturday evening and did my best not to pick (painted my nails my distraction method). Today (Sunday) it was really sore from walking etc today so I ignored it best I could and I started to pick a little hair yet to come out and one thing led to another. I popped it and the soreness went away but unlike a pimple no "head" came out yet and it wasn't an ingrown hair. I got it to bleed red blood alone. Few hours later it gets sore again and I squeeze it and pure puss comes out again. Any advice would be great. Sorry it's so long.
