call the doc or just teething?

So my baby's been pooping everyday for 5days now. It was light green and stringy but now it's kinda like he's squirting poop (liquidy). He's got this horrible diaper rash from how often he's pooping everyday. He doesn't have a fever, acting/sleeping normally and nursing (exclusive bf) normally. I've heard that teething can cause this but should I call the doctor in case? I mean he is literally acting the same as always so I'm assuming that he's not sick. It's just that he's never pooped this much before and not even when he's 2 bottom teeth came out. I've looked and I don't see any new teeth coming but idk
