not pooping anymore

so i haven't pooped since thursday ... And today is sunday... idk why .. i'm kinda scared and worried ... I'm not complaining about my stomache or anything.. I'm not sick.. i eat good... (sometimes) because i have acid reflux.. but why am i not pooping?? i burp and fart a lot .. Am i pregnant ? ... My period isnt til another week..
